A common source of 'chimney leaks'
Many leaks blamed on the chimney are actually failed flashing. Because water can travel along framing before it drips, the stain on your ceiling is often nowhere near the leak. We trace it to the source and seal it properly.
Repair or replace
If the flashing is sound but the seal has failed, a repair and reseal fixes it. If the metal is rusted or was installed poorly, replacement is the lasting fix. We'll tell you which yours needs.
